Our spoonie collection is so close to my heart as I launched Mac & Gray Designs after being diagnosed with ME and pernicious anaemia. I know personally how important it is to monitor your symptoms and flares when living with a chronic illness and designed these stickers to help track these things in a functional, yet stylish, way.

    • Our stickers are printed with an inkjet printer onto top-quality sticker paper that is thin enough to avoid dreaded planner bulk!
    • Colours may vary due to different monitor display settings. We find that having a PC set to max brightness provides the most accurate recreation of print.
    • Each individual sticker sheet is approximately 3.6" x 5".
