Our spoonie collection is so close to my heart as I launched Mac & Gray Designs after being diagnosed with ME and pernicious anaemia. I know personally how important it is to monitor your symptoms and flares when living with a chronic illness and designed these stickers to help track these things in a functional, yet stylish, way.

We're pleased to offer these colourful pain tracker stickers in 10 colour palettes that are cohesive across the spoonies range and our "planner essentials" range.

Each sticker is 1.5" wide and has been made to fit most standard vertical planners.

  • About our Planner Stickers

    • Our stickers are printed with an inkjet printer onto top-quality sticker paper that is thin enough to avoid dreaded planner bulk!
    • Colours may vary due to different monitor display settings. We find that having a PC set to max brightness provides the most accurate recreation of print.
    • Each individual sticker sheet is approximately 5" x 7".
